Broker Serwis Sp. z o.o. renders its services through:

There are a several stages involved in cooperation between Broker Serwis and our Clients:

»   Start of cooperation

•  Signing a Broker Agreement

•  Giving an authorization to Broker Serwis Sp. z o.o. to represent the Client in reaching insurance agreements and in loss adjustment situations

 

 

Ø      Market analysis and insurance audit

 

  • Analysis of actual insurance circumstances (evaluation of present insurance, insurance range, used insurance systems, paid premium etc.)
  • Analysis of factual Client needs. It involves: identification of possible fate events, identification of amount and possibility of Probable Maximum Loss, risk management.

 

 

Ø      Insurance program preparation

 

  • Preparation of insurance program with named risks,
  • Estimation of applied preventive activities and help in matching minimizing losses tools, formulation of clauses.
  • Proposition of insurance program to Client.

 

Ø      Insurance contract

 

  • Preparation of broker’s slip in accordance with insurance program,
  • Negotiations with chosen insurance companies concerning general insurance conditions and tariffs above standards,
  • Reporting of proceeding with conclusions,
  • Signing of insurance contract.
